One-Punch Man is the creation of artist One. It was born in 2009 as a superhero webcomic that quickly became extremely popular. In 2012, it blossomed into a manga illustrated by famed Japanese manga artist Yusuke Murata, and an anime adaptation followed in Japan in October 2015. In addition, at least two video games have also been produced. It's no wonder One-Punch Man has received such a warm welcome.
